摘要
运用法与生产力、科学技术、文化等社会现象之间相互依存、相互作用关系的原理,分析了"三个代表"与法制建设的内在联系。着重论证了在依法治国条件下,我国法制建设应如何体现"三个代表"的要求,并切实保障"三个代表"的实现。
The essay analyses the relation between 'three represents' and the legal system construction, expounds how to reflect the requirement of 'three represents' in the legal system construction, and guarantee the realization of 'three represents' under the condition of running the country by law.
