摘要
随着高校管理体制改革的逐步深入,高校财务管理的内涵日益丰富,产生了许多新的亟待解决的问题,因此,我们必须明确高校财务的重要地位,实行会计人员委派制,加强银校双赢合作等。
With the deepening of the reform of management system in colleges and universities, the content of financial management is getting richer, and new problems to be solved arise. Therefore, we should clarify the important role of financial management, implementing the accountant appointment system, and strengthen the both-winning cooperation between schools and banks.
