摘要
在描述了中国国有饭店形成原因和市场化进程的基础上 ,本文结合十六大以后制度环境和市场环境的变化 ,系统研究了中国国有饭店的战略性调整的目标设定和发展路径。
Based on the description of foming reasons, market oriented change course of China's state owned hotels (SOH) and its current situation, the objective of strategic adjustment and the path of institutional innovation & organization development of SOH are discussed systematically in this paper.
