经济全球化和法律全球化作为客观的历史进程 ,使国际法与国内法关系的传统理论面临新的挑战。国际法和国内法各自的法律规范已很难截然分开 ,国际法与国内法之间的界限正在变得模糊不清。随着法律全球化进程的发展 ,国际法日益内化为国内法 ,国内法也日益外化为国际法 ,国际法与国内法相融相通、协调一致。

Economic globalization and law globalization make the traditional theories of relationship between the international law and national law face the new challenge as the objective historical process. It is very difficult to separate completely International law and national law ’s own legal.The demarcation line between international law and national law is becoming smudgy. Along with the development of law globalization process, international law turns a national law inside day by day, the national law turns international law outside day by day too. International law and national law are melted and communicate, in concert and harmony.
