摘要
一个套袋就是一个小温室,它可明显改变果实的外在品质,是目前生产无公害绿色果品的一条有效途径。套袋对果实品质的影响应与果实生长的微域环境的改变有关,纸袋种类不同所提供的微环境各异,本文综述了套袋所提供的高温、高湿、弱光微环境对果实的内在品质(糖类、维生素类、芳香物质等)和外在品质(色泽、光洁度、日烧等)的影响,并对其进行机理分析讨论。
A bag, like a micro\|greenhouse, can change fruit outer quality, and acts as an effective way to produce organic fruits. Different bag provides different microenvironment. The paper skeletoned that high temperature, high humidity and low light in bags had influence on inner quality(sugar, vitamin and so on) and outer quality(color, bright, sunscald and so on ), and discussed its mechanism.
