摘要
从海南五指山地区采集的香蕉残次果上筛选得到7株疑似乳酸菌,通过生理生化、16S rDNA鉴定,得到编号为G1、G5、G7的三株植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)。
A total of seven gram positive bacteria were isolated on the defective banana fruits,which collected from Wuzhishan region of Hainan Province.According to the physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA,three strains G1,G5,G7 of Lactobacillus plantarum were screened from the seven gram positive bacteria.
