不同品种、刈割期对紫花苜蓿青贮饲料蛋白组分的影响

Effect of Variety and Harvesting Stage on Protein Fraction of Alfalfa Silage

研究品种(金皇后、中苜1号)和刈割期(现蕾期、初花期、盛花期)对紫花苜蓿青贮饲料的蛋白组分的影响。结果表明两个品种间的CP及各蛋白组分无显著差异。随着刈割期的延迟,紫花苜蓿青贮饲料中的CP含量和PA所占比例呈现下降的趋势,而PC组分呈现上升的趋势。可见随着生育期的延迟,紫花苜蓿青贮饲料的蛋白含量下降且在瘤胃中的消化率下降,更多比例的真蛋白进入肠道进一步利用。

Effect of varieties(Golden Empress and Zhongmu No.1)and harvesting stage(Budding,initial flowering and full flowering)on protein fraction of alfalfa silage were studied in this article.Results showed that there was no significant difference of CP and protein fraction between two varieties.The CP content and PA proportion decreased while PC increased with delaying harvest.It indicated that the CP content and degradation rate of protein decreased with delaying harvest,and more true protein would move to ruminant intestine.
