摘要
本次试验旨在分析全株玉米调制成青贮饲料后,在有氧暴露过程中pH和微生物的动态变化。选用3个品种的全株玉米青贮饲料,测定青贮饲料在空气中暴露0、1、3、5、7d的pH值、乳酸菌、大肠细菌、酵母菌、霉菌数量的动态变化。结果表明,随着有氧暴露时间的增加,pH值逐渐增加,微生物的数量均有上升。
This experiment aims to analyze the dynamic changes of pH and microbial populations in the whole plant corn silage during the aerobic exposure. Three varieties of whole plant corn silage were used to determine the dynamic changes of pH,lactic acid bacteria,coliform bacteria,yeasts,and molds counts of silage exposed to air for 0、1、3、5 and 7 days. The results showed that with the increase of aerobic exposure time,the pH value gradually increased and the number of microbial populations increased.
