摘要
为研究黄梁木(Neolamarckia cadamba)叶片青贮营养成分的动态,在青贮第1、3、5、7、15、30、60d后开袋测定各指标。结果表明:pH值在最初1~5d时有所上升,15d时显著下降至4. 27,之后保持相对稳定。整个青贮过程中,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量先下降后上升,干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)及酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)含量变化均不显著。以上结果说明:黄梁木叶片青贮保存后pH值较低,粗蛋白含量较高,营养成分保存完好,可以调制成优良的青贮饲料。
The objective of this study was to reveal the dynamic changes of leaves fermentation of Neolamarckia cadamba. After ensiling for 1、3、5、7、15、30、60 d,chemical compositions were analyzed. The results showed that pH increased from 1 d to 5 d,and decreased significantly to 4. 27 at 15 d. After that,pH remained relatively stable. NDF decreased firsty then increased during the period of time,while the change of DM,CP,WSC,ADF and ADL was not significant. The above results show that the nutrient of leaves silage with low pH and high CP reserved well and suitably for ensilaging.
