摘要
本研究用平板法从热带牧草青贮饲料中筛选出两株阿魏酸酯酶活性较强的乳酸菌W16及H22,经过生理生化及16S rDNA序列同源性分析,这两株乳酸菌分别被鉴定为戊糖片球菌(Pediococcus pentosaceus)及发酵乳杆菌(Lactobacillus fermentum)。
Two lactic acid bacteria W16 and H22 from tropical forage silage with high feruloyl esterase activity,were screened by assaying transparent zone on the selective agar plate. Based on the homology analysis of phenotypic,biochemical tests and 16S rDNA sequence,one of the strains was identified as Pediococcus pentosaceus,the other was identified as Lactobacillus fermentum.
