萌发期不同品种紫花苜蓿对盐胁迫的响应 被引量:6

摘要 为了有效开展苜蓿品种耐盐性评价及耐盐材料筛选,以12个紫花苜蓿品种为材料,采用不同浓度NaCl,0、0. 08、0. 16、0. 24、0. 32mol/L处理探讨了盐胁迫对紫花苜蓿种子主要发芽性状(发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、幼苗活力指数、胚根长和胚芽长)的影响,并由此看出,盐胁迫对苜蓿种子发芽性状均有较大影响,随着盐浓度的提高,苜蓿种子发芽率、发芽势降低,幼苗活力指数和发芽指数也明显下降,胚芽长和胚根长明显缩短,而且高浓度盐胁迫对紫花苜蓿种子发芽性状的影响尤为显著,不同苜蓿品种对盐胁迫的响应差异较大。 In order to effectively evaluate the salt tolerance of alfalfa varieties and screen selection of salt-tolerant materials,12 alfalfa varieties were used as materials,under different concentrations of NaCl,0,0. 08 mol/L,0. 16 mol/L,0. 24 mol/L,0. 32 mol/L. The results showed that salt stress had a great effect on the germination characteristics of alfalfa seeds,and the salt concentration : germination rate,germination index,seedling vigor index,radical length and germ length. The germination rate,germination potential,seedling vigor index and germination index of alfalfa seeds decreased,the obviously,the bud length and root length were shortened obviously,and the effect of high concentration salt stress on the seed germination of alfalfa seeds was significant. The response of different alfalfa varieties to salt stress was quite different.
