摘要
为了提高窖贮全株玉米青贮质量,提高奶牛生产性能以及奶牛场经济效益,本研究在山西省走访了某奶牛场,对其窖贮青贮玉米进行青贮发酵品质及营养成分的取样分析,并比较青贮窖上层、中层和下层的青贮发酵品质。结果表明,该奶牛场青贮发酵较好,青贮窖上层、中层和下层的青贮发酵品质有显著差异(P<0. 05),下层青贮氨态氮含量和淀粉含量更高(P<0. 05)。取用时应注意要对青贮窖的截面整体取用,混合均匀后再饲喂。
In order to improve the quality of whole-plant corn silage produced in farm-scale silo,production performance of cow and increase economic efficiency of dairy farm,this paper studied the quality of whole-plant corn silage produced dairy farm in Shanxi,through analyzing fermentation quality and chemical components of whole-plant corn silage comparing fermentation quality and chemical components among upper,middle and under of the silo. The results showed that the dairy farm had high concentration of lactic acid and good fermentation characteristics. The fermentation quality among upper,middle and under of the silo in the dairy farm had significant difference( P <0. 05). The silage from under of the silo had the higher concentration of ammonia nitrogen and starch( P < 0. 05). The silage should be taken from the overall section of the silo and well mixed when using it.
