毕节地区耕地后备资源开发利用初探

A preliminary Discussion of Reserve Cultivated Land Resource in Bijie Prefecture

耕地后备资源的开发利用是实现毕节地区耕地总量动态平衡的一条重要途径 ,也是促进本区坡耕地生态退耕顺利实施的重要条件。本文简要分析了本区耕地后备资源的现状特征 ,对耕地后备资源的开发利用条件、原则进行了初步分析 ,并提出相应的几条建议。

An important way of realizing homeostasis on total of cultivated land is development of reserve cultivated land resources. The article analyses the present situation of reserve cultivated land resources conditions and principles of development in Bijie prefecture ,and shows some suggestions for development
