摘要
为揭示高校教师创新团队知识共享的内在机制,引入"融知"发酵理论,构建一个包括知识共享菌株、知识共享母体、知识共享酶、知识共享技术、知识共享环境、知识共享发酵吧和进阶知识七种发酵要素的高校教师创新团队知识共享理论框架,进而对知识复制型发酵、知识适应型发酵、知识交互型发酵三种"融知共享发酵"方式进行系统解读。最后,结合A学院教师创新团队的案例印证理论框架的合理性。
In order to unveil the knowledge sharing mechanism in innovation team of college teachers,a theoretical framework of knowledge sharing in innovation team of college teachers was constructed on the base of the theory of knowledge convening and fermenting,covering seven fermentation elements——strains,the body,technics,environment,fermentation site and advanced knowledge.On this basis,we systematically interpreted three types of fermentation,including replicative fermentation,adaptive fermentation and knowledge interaction type.We finally verified the rationality of the theoretical framework through the sample of innovation teams in A college.
