CDIO理念与应用型人才培养模式改革——以会展经济与管理专业为例

CDIO Concept and the Training Mode Reform of Applied Talents——Taking Exhibition Economy and Management Major as an Example

应用型本科教育取得了巨大成就,但仍然存在着诸多问题与困难。传统的高等教育与新形势下经济社会发展对应用型人才的需求相脱节,人才供需结构性矛盾日益凸出。会展经济与管理专业的人才培养方案,与基于CDIO理念的人才培养模式和培养目标大体上相吻合。将CDIO工程教育理念融合到会展经济与管理专业的实践教学环节,能够将理论和实践紧密地结合在一起,在开拓学生眼界的同时,能够有效提高学生的动手能力,满足经济社会对应用型、创新型人才的需求。

Applied undergraduate education has made great achievements,but there are still many problems and difficulties.At present,outcomes of traditional higher education don’t match for more demands for applied talents with economic and social development in new era,and the structural contradiction between talent supply and demand is increasingly prominent.The talent training program for Exhibition Economy and Management major is generally consistent with the talent training model and training objectives based on CDIO concept.The integration of CDIO engineering education concept into the practical teaching link in Exhibition Economy and Management teaching can closely combine theory and practice,which is helpful for the expansion of students’horizon and the improvement of their hands-on ability.The attemption would satisfy the needs for applied and innovative talents.
