水平肌加强减弱术联合下斜肌切断术对小儿斜视的治疗作用研究

Therapeutic Effect of Horizontal Rectus Muscle transportation Combined with Inferior Oblique Incision on Children Strabismus

目的探讨水平肌加强减弱术联合下斜肌切断术对小儿斜视的治疗作用。方法选择2017年1月~2018年1月本院收治的90例小儿斜视患者作为研究对象,根据术式分成两组。对照组开展水平肌加强减弱术治疗,观察组行水平肌加强减弱术联合下斜肌切断术治疗。比较两组小儿斜视手术治疗效果、术后水平斜视度数低于10°的例数、下斜肌功能恢复正常的例数、手术前后患者水平斜视度数和并发症率。结果观察组小儿斜视手术治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后水平斜视度数低于10°的例数、下斜肌功能恢复正常的例数优于对照组(P<0.05);手术前两组水平斜视度数比较无明显差异(P>0.05);手术后观察组水平斜视度数优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现并发症(P>0.05)。结论小儿斜视患者行水平肌加强减弱术联合下斜肌切断术疗效理想,可有效治愈斜视,无明显并发症,安全性高。

Objective This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effect of horizontal rectus muscle transportation combined with inferior oblique incision on children strabismus in.Methods A total of 90 patients with strabismus from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided according to the surgical procedure.The control group was treated with strengthening and weakening horizontal muscle.The observation group was treated with strengthening and weakening horizontal muscle combined with inferior oblique incision.The effects of strabismus surgery in the two groups were analyzed;the number of horizontal strabismus less than 10°after surgery,the number of inferior oblique muscle function returned to normal,the level of horizontal strabismus before and after surgery,and the complication rate between the two groups were compared.Results The effect of strabismus surgery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of horizontal strabismus less than 10°and the number of cases whose inferior oblique function returned to normal were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of horizontal strabismus between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The horizontal strabismus in the observation group after surgery was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no complication rate in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of horizontal rectus muscle transportation combined with inferior oblique incision in children strabismus is very satisfactory.It can effectively cure strabismus,reduce the level of horizontal strabismus,and has no obvious complications with high safety.
