糖尿病患者高尿酸血症发生情况及影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病患者高尿酸血症发生情况及影响因素。方法选择我院收治的92例糖尿病患者作为研究组,选择本院48例健康体检者作为对照组,检测两组研究者的血清尿酸水平,采用多元Logistic回归分析影响糖尿病患者血清尿酸水平的独立危险因素。结果研究组患者高尿酸血症发生率为11.96%(11/92),明显高于对照组2.08%(1/48),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者血清尿酸水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);经多元Logistic分析结果显示,BMI、FBG、TG水平升高是糖尿病患者高尿酸血症发生的独立危险因素(P<0.001)。结论糖尿病患者高尿酸血症的发生率较大,BMI、FBG、TG水平升高是糖尿病患者高尿酸血症发生的独立危险因素。
