摘要
印制电路板(PCB)制造业是电子工业的重金属主要污染源,其产业正由东部沿海地区向中西部转移。本文在介绍PCB制造业发展现状和主流生产工艺的基础上,分析行业型污染源和污染物;从清洁生产技术和末端治理技术方面,概述了该行业的污染防治技术措施现状;进而遵循污染减排工作"源头预防、过程阻断、清洁生产、末端治理"的全过程污染防控理念,提出PCB制造业的污染减排对策建议。
The printed circuit board( PCB) is one of the main heavy metal pollution sources of electronic industry,trasfering from coastal areas to midwest China. Based on the development status and main stream process of PCB,this paper analyzed the industry pollution sources and pollutants. From clean production and final treatment technology aspects,this paper summarized pollution prevention measures of PCB. Following the concept of whole process pollution prevention of'front prevention,process blocking,clean production, end treatment ', this paper also proposed pollution emission reduction measures of PCB manufacturing industry.
