四川省水泥行业节能减排现状及对策

The Situation and Countermeasures of Energy Saving and Pollution Reduction of the Cement Industry in Sichuan Province

四川省作为水泥工业大省,节能减排工作任重而道远。对四川省水泥行业节能减排的现状进行了分析,针对具体情况提出了一些可行的发展对策:淘汰落后产能,调整产业结构,积极推行清洁生产,发展循环经济,促进散装水泥发展等。并指出了"十二五"四川水泥的发展方向。

As an important cement manufacturing province,a difficult task of energy saving and pollution reduction is faced by Sichuan Province,which needs a long time to perform. By analyzing the status of energy saving and pollution reduction of cement industry,it was proposed some development strategies in this paper: eliminating backward production capacity to adjust industrial structure,promoting cleaner production actively,developing circular economy,and advancing the development of bulk cement. As well as the direction of the'12th Five-Year'Sichuan cement industry was also pointed out.
