气田采输作业中硫化氢的危害因素分析及防护措施

The Hazardous Factors and Protective Measures of Hydrogen Sulfide for Gas Delivery Operation

本文介绍了硫化氢的危害,以及四川盆地主要气田的硫化氢含量。对含硫气田的采输作业中,井口装置,集输管线,净化厂各单元,特别是污水处理等单元中存在的硫化氢危害因素进行了分析,并针对危害因素提出了应对措施,介绍了新的工艺技术方法,提出了硫化氢泄漏的应急措施建议。

This paper introduced hazardous factors of hydrogen sulfide,and the ratio of Hydrogen sulfide in Sichuan gas field. The engineers analyzed the hazardous factors of hydrogen sulfide in the processes of mining and delivery,the device of wellhead, the pipelines,the devices of natural gas purification plant,especially the devices of Sewage treatment. In order to eliminate the risk of accident,some measures were suggested. New process and emergency measures were introduced to avoid harmfulness of the gas leakage.
