Analysis on Establishing Mechanism of Recycling Fee of WEEE based on the Global Perspective in China

基于全球视角,从立法层面对比分析了各大洲具有代表性的部分国家和地区WEEE回收处理费用机制建立情况,从责任制度和付费模式两方面总结了发达国家的相关经验和启示,并对我国WEEE回收处理费用机制的建立和完善提出了建议。

From the global perspective of legislation,this paper comparatively analyzed the current management mechanism of recycling fee of waste electrical and electronic equipment( WEEE) in some countries and regions which are typical in different continents,and summarized some management experience and insights of developed countries from the perspective of responsibility systems and payment schemes of recycling fees. Furthermore,the paper put forward suggestions and advices on how to establish and improve the recycling fee mechanism of WEEE in China.
