摘要
通过参数分析研究纤维金属层板在低速冲击下的响应,得出试件尺寸、厚度,撞头尺寸、形状和冲击角度对载荷峰值和最大位移的影响规律。在此基础上,结合Timoshenko板壳理论,提出适合于圆形和方形纤维金属层板受低速冲击时的经验公式,据此经验公式可求得给定初边条件下纤维金属层板的载荷-位移关系。对比经验公式和模拟试验结果发现,经验公式在预测走势和载荷峰值上比Timoshenko理论更接近模拟试验值,计算得到的载荷峰值和相应最大位移与模拟试验结果相差均不超过10%,对纤维金属层板的结构设计具有指导意义。
A series of parametric study results of fibre metal laminates subjected to low velocity impact using the validated finite element models were firstly presented.Effects of target size,target thickness,projectile size and shape as well as projectile striking angle on the peak load and deflection at the peak load were included in this research.Based on these parametric study results and Timoshenko's theory,empirical formulas for circular or square plates impacted perpendicularly at the centre by hemi-spherical projectile were developed.The calculated results from the empirical formulas were compared with numerical simulations.Good correlation was obtained in terms of load-displacement traces up to the peak load,the peak load and the maximum deflection.The developed formulas could be used to assist the design of fibre metal laminates subjected to low velocity impact.
