摘要
采用白鹤滩成库前原水水样,通过人工添加NH4Cl、Na H2PO4·2H2O和葡萄糖设置了原水浓度、富营养化浓度、重度富营养化浓度3个营养水平。定量测定水体中总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)、化学需氧量(COD)、水体中藻类生物量、叶绿素(Chla)的含量,定性观察水体中藻类的优势种群,并分析了藻类在不同营养条件下的增殖规律以及营养物质对藻类生长的影响。对试验结果进行多重线性回归优化拟合,得到藻类个数与总磷和叶绿素a的线形相关方程。结果表明:藻类个数在高营养水平的水体中,与总氮的相关度较高;而在低营养水平的水体中,与总磷的相关度较高。由拟合出的线形相关方程可知,白鹤滩成库前藻类生长影响关键性因子为总磷,从而证明了几种水质因子中总磷是白鹤滩库区富营养化防治的控制性因素。
The NH4 Cl,Na H2PO4·2H2O and glucose were added into the Baihetan reservoir raw water samples to set up three nutrient levels: raw water concentration,eutrophication,severe eutrophication. Total phosphorus( TP),total nitrogen( TN),chemical oxygen demand( COD),algal biomass,chlorophyll( Chla) content in water were measured quantitatively. Algae dominant species in water was observed qualitatively. Algae proliferation rules in different nutritional conditions,as well as nutrients and algae growth mutual influence were analyzed. The linear correlation equation of the algae biomass and TP,Chla was fit by multiple linear regression optimally based on the test results. The results showed that the TN was high degree of correlation in high nutrient levels water,while the TP was high degree of correlation in low nutrient levels water. The linear correlation equation showed that the TP was the critical factor affecting the growth of algae in Baihetan reservoir,which proved that the TP was the Baihetan reservoir eutrophication prevention and controlling factor among the different kinds of water quality parameters.
