摘要
利用ABAQUS软件对共线3裂纹的裂纹尖端应力强度因子进行了数值模拟分析,给出了裂纹尖端应力强度因子的数值解,并与前期的理论解进行了比较,结果表明所建立的数值模模型及计算方法是有效的。同时为了定性地验证理论与数值解的有效性,采用自制的真3轴加载装置,实验研究裂纹倾角对试件强度的影响规律,实验所用脆性材料为水泥砂浆,试件为带有预制贯穿裂纹的方形平板。结果表明,裂纹倾角对其强度有很大影响,在倾角为45&左右时其强度最低。
The stress intensity factor of three collinear cracks was simulated through ABAQUS,and the calculation of mixed-mode crack stress intensity factor KⅡ agreed well with the previous results. At last,in order to validate the validity of the theory and numerical solution,experimental study was implemented by three axles loading system. The specimens were square plate and made of cement,sand and water,and the cracks were made by a very thin steel plate. The results showed that the crack angle has a great influence on the strength,which is the lowest when the crack angle is approximately.
