摘要
在对普通高水材料基本性质测试分析的基础上,对掺杂后的新型改性高水材料进行试验研究。采用土力学中的三轴试验方法,设置了掺杂骨料粒径分别为5~10、10~20、20~40、40~60 mm、无掺杂试件、混合骨料试件和河沙试件的试验组,对以不同粒径作为掺杂骨料的圆柱试件进行固结不排水剪切试验。测试结果表明:不同掺杂粒径对试件的强度和物理力学参数有重大影响;同样掺入比例条件下,掺入的固体粒径越小,掺杂改性后的高水材料强度越高;混合试件和河沙试件的强度和力学参数要明显优于掺杂单一粒径的试件。证明了使用碎石骨料作为掺杂改性材料,不但可以降低高水材料的成本,而且可以改善高水材料充填体的物理力学特征。
Based on the basic property of the high-water-concretion,the new modified high-water-concretion after doping was studied.By using soil mechanics' triaxial testing methods,the specimens which were separately incorporated in the aggregate size were 5 ~ 10 mm,10 ~ 20 mm,20 ~ 40 mm,40 ~ 60 mm,non-doped,the mixed and the river sand's aggregate were performed of consolidated undraining shear test.The results showed that different doping particles have a significant impact on the strength and mechanical parameters of the specimen.The smaller the particle size,the higher the strength and the mechanical parameters.The strength and mechanical parameters of mixing specimen and river sand specimen are much better than a single particle doping specimen.These experiments proved that the use of gravel aggregate doped material to the material for high-water-concretion has a strong feasibility.
