钛盐在水处理中的应用及其污泥回用研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了钛盐的物理化学特性、水解过程及水解形态,指出合理控制钛盐水解反应速度是钛盐混凝剂应用的关键。叙述了钛盐及其无机复合絮凝剂在去除水中浊度、有机物、藻类、3价砷离子、氟离子的适宜pH范围、投加量和影响因素,且其可代替传统絮凝剂调理污泥脱水性能。结合钛盐污泥制备钛酸盐在土壤修复、建筑、化工等领域的应用研究分析表明,钛盐物化性质及其水解形态、钛盐絮凝机理、钛盐复合絮凝剂的制备和污泥回用技术研究将成为今后研究的焦点。 The physical and chemical properties, hydrolysis process and hydrolysis morphology of titanium salts were introduced, pointed out that the rational control of hydrolysis rate of titanium salts was the key for the application of titanium salts flocculant. The suitable p H range, dosage and influencing factors of titanium salt and its inorganic compound flocculant in turbidity, organic matter, algae, trivalent arsenic ion and fluorine ion in water were described,and it could instead of traditional coagulant to regulate dewatering performance of sludge. The preparation technology of titanium dioxide by titanium salt sludge and its application in soil remediation, construction, chemical industry and other fields indicated that the physico-chemical property, hydrolysis morphology and flocculating mechanism of titanium salts, preparation of titanium salts compound flocculant and sludge recycling technology would become the focus of future research.
