C-MBR工艺处理高盐度采油生产废水中试研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用好氧微生物处理技术与无机陶瓷平板膜过滤技术相结合的C-MBR工艺对海洋石油开采生产废水进行处理,以COD和氨氮作为主要研究的污染指标,控制反应系统的DO的质量浓度在2~3 mg/L。结果表明,C-MBR系统对废水中COD、氨氮的去除率分别达到了93%、98%,出水水质较好。陶瓷平板膜需要的清洗周期大约为2周,Proteobacteria为反应系统的主导细菌,C-MBR系统在处理高盐度采油生产废水方面,具有抗负荷能力强、处理效率高、出水水质稳定、对污染物截留能力强等优点。可为相关研究及实践应用借鉴。 The C-MBR process combined with aerobic microbial treatment technology and inorganic ceramic flat membrane filtration technology was used to treat the offshore petroleum production wastewater. COD and ammonia nitrogen were used as the main pollution indicators. The mass concentration of DO of the control system was controlled at 2~3 mg/L. The results showed that the removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen in wastewater by CMBR system was 93% and 98%, respectively, and the effluent quality was better. The ceramic flat membrane required a cleaning cycle of about 2 weeks.Proteobacteria was the leading bacteria in the reaction system. The C-MBR system had strong anti-loading ability, high treatment efficiency, stable effluen t quality and strong interception capacity for pollutant. It can be used as a reference for related research and practical applications.
