摘要 基于工作中个人成长的整合模型和目标导向理论探讨了服务型领导对员工帮助行为的影响机制和边界条件。通过对323份有效样本的实证分析表明:服务型领导对员工帮助行为具有显著促进作用;工作繁荣在服务型领导与员工帮助行为间起部分中介作用;学习目标导向加深了服务型领导对工作繁荣的正面影响。
