摘要
随着师资教育“专业化”程度的提高,师资教育的内容趋于完整并有各自的目标。一个教师的成熟不仅需要具备教学理论和专业知识,还要掌握必要的教学推论技能和课堂决策能力,而这些内容的获得需要不同的培养途径。
With a substantial degree of professionalization of FLTE, the content domain in FLTE has become integral. Each domain has its own goal for teachers to be achieved. A proficient teacher should master theories of teaching, subject matter knowledge as well as pedagogical reasoning skills and ability for decision - making. Naive teachers may have several approaches to acquire all these contents.
