摘要
成人教育质量指的是成人教育过程每一个环节在满足学员个体需要与社会需要的适应性程度及管理体制、机制运作过程的合理性程度。它是一个综合概念。成人教育质量评价指标体系主要可分解为三大方面:“投入”的质量指标;“教”的质量指标;“学”的质量指标。往下还可再具体分解若干项目的质量指标。提高成人教育质量可采取立法,规划,体制、机制创新,深化教学改革等对策和措施。
Quality of adult education is used to mean the degree of adaptation how every sector satisfies the students' individual and social need and of rationality of management system and mechanical operating procedure. It is a comprehensive concept. Quality of adult education evaluation index system is mainly composed of 3 aspects: quality index of 'input' ; quality index of 'teaching' ; quality index of 'learning'. It can be further divided into more specific quality indices. To improve adult education level, strategies and measures such as legislation, system of organization, mechanism innovation and the deepening of teaching innovation couid be adopted.
