细乳液共聚合制备超疏水丙烯酸酯共聚物 被引量:4

Preparation of Super-Hydrophobic Copolymers of Acrylates by Using Miniemulsion Copolymerizaiton

摘要 以十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)和含氟表面活性剂(FS-3100)为复合乳化剂,以十六烷为助稳定剂,以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用细乳液聚合法使多种丙烯酸酯单体共聚,获得了丙烯酸酯共聚物细乳液,通过调节其pH值来进行破乳凝聚,获得共聚物固体,固体用四氢呋喃(THF)溶解,再用去离子水进行沉淀,此溶解-沉淀过程重复三次后,得到丙烯酸酯共聚物产品。采用红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振(1H-NMR)对共聚物结构进行了表征,结果显示丙烯酸酯共聚物MB、FMB和FMBD的结构明确。水接触角测试的结果显示由甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)合成的共聚物MB的水接触角为129°,当共聚单体中引入7. 6%含氟丙烯酸酯后,共聚物FMB的水接触角为158°,说明研究所得的丙烯酸酯共聚物具有良好的疏水性能。 Miniemulsions of acrylates copolymers are prepared by miniemulsion copolymerization with kinds of acrylates derivates as monomers,sodium dodecyl sulfate( SDS),methacryloxy ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride( DMC),octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether( OP-10) and fluorine-containing surfactant( FS-3100) as emulsifiers,hexadecane as a co-stablizer and azodiisobutyronitrile( AIBN) as the initiator. Solid acrylates copolymers are obtained by adjusting pH values of the miniemulsion systems. The solid is dissolved with tetrahydrofuran( THF) and then precipitated with deionized water. The product of acrylate copolymer is obtained after repeated three times in this dissolution-precipitation process. FTIR and1 H-NMR are used to characterize the structure of acrylates copolymers,and the results show that the structure of MB,FMB and FMBD is clear. The water contact angle of the copolymer MB synthesized from methyl methacrylate( MMA) and butyl acrylate( BA)is 129 °,and when 7. 6% fluorinated acrylate is introduced into the copolymer,the water contact angle of the copolymer FMB is 158 °,which indicated that the hydrophobic property of the copolymer is very high.
