本文分析了钢结构行业的现状以及人才培养面临的问题,提出了钢结构课程教学方法的改进措施,从而使学生具备扎实的理论基础和较高的职业技能,促进我国钢结构行业的飞速发展。

The rapid development of steel structure industry in China puts forward higher requirements for the Cultivation of its professionals. However, as a very common existing phenomenon in higher education,neglecting the teaching of Steel Structure causes talents' shortage. So teachers should take some measures of the teaching plans, teaching methods and practical teaching to reform steel structure teaching. With the implementation of these measures, students can master the major knowledge and vocational skills. The development of steel structure industry can be promoted quickly.
