Carrying out the frustration education is the call of the times.Secondary school students often meet with frustrations in the aspects of learning,inter-personal relation,feeling and will.The ways of infiltrating frustration education in Chinese teaching is: a right view on frustration and optimistic psych-development,objective evaluation of oneself and adjustment of one's aim,employment of all kinds of factors to develop strong will,adoption of cooperating learning to reduce frustrating feelings,disposal of protectionism and exposure to frustrations,Chinese activities to enhance frustration-fighting strength,and concerns for family education to expand frustration-fighting time and space.
