Brand is valued in modern society. English letters are both the designing orientation and the designing material in English symbol designing. As the global communication is faster, different cultures intermingle and economy is growing fast, the symbols designed with English letters are of both characteristics and advantage. This paper surveys the methods of related symbol designing: reforming the standard typeface, element ornamenting, form rebuilding, public duplication, letter schematizing.
