小学教师工作满意度现状及改善建议——以山东潍坊市为例

Status of Primary School Teachers' Vocational Satisfaction and Suggestions for Improvement

为了测定小学教师的工作满意度,以便能更有针对性且更有效地提高小学教师的工作效率,笔者对山东省潍坊市小学教师做了相关调查研究。研究发现:1.男教师在学习指导、班级管理、教育环境、教育福利等方面工作满意度高于女教师,而女教师在教育环境方面的满意度最低。2.随着年龄和教龄不同,教师的工作满意度均呈"倒U形"。3.农村教师工作满意度各方面均低于城市教师。4.不同规模学校的教师满意度不同,学校规模越大,教师工作满意度越高。5.所负责班级的学生数对教师工作满意度影响不大。

In order to determine the primary school teachers' vocational satisfaction,and to effectively improve primary school teacher's working efficiency,the author has made a survey of the primary school teachers in Weifang city of Shandong province. The study finds: firstly,vocational satisfaction in learning,class management,education environment,education,welfare is higher in male teachers than in female teachers,and female teachers' satisfaction is lowest in the education environment; secondly,along with the age and seniority,teachers' vocational satisfaction assumes an 'inverted U shape'; thirdly,rural teachers' vocational satisfaction is overall lower than the urban teachers; fourthly,the teachers' satisfaction varies with the scale of school. The larger the school scale,the higher vocational satisfaction; fifthly,the number of students in the class has little influence on teachers' vocational satisfaction.
