摘要
建立道路交通资源承载力模型,将计算数据与实际对比,全省除无锡、南京机动车保有量小于其道路交通资源承载力外,其余城市均已超过承载力负荷;建立道路交通环境承载力模型计算出若要在2020年全省大气环境质量达到国家二级标准,除苏州、无锡、徐州、淮安四个城市每年的机动车数量可以适量增加,其余9个城市每年须以一定数量递减.建议采取相关措施保证全省交通可持续发展.
The study first sets up a road traffic resources carrying capacity model. By doing this, the calculate data can be compared with the actual data.Except for Wuxi, Nanjing, the other cities of Jiangsu province all have a greater motor vehicle ownership than its load bearing capacity. A road traffic environment bearing capacity model is then established. According to the calculation, the atmospheric environmental quality can achieve national secondary standard in 2020, only if all the cities of Jiangsu province, except f or Suzhou, Wuxi, Xuzhou and Huai’an, decrease a certain number of motor vehicles year by year. It is suggested that all the cities have to take relevant measures to ensure the sustainable development of Jiangsu’s traffic.
