工科课程学习效果评价是对学生学习程度的一个结论性判定,教学团队要尽可能客观、公正和合理,保护学生的学习积极性和主动性.论文分析了传统工科课程教学的基本特征,根据建构主义理论建立了工科课程建构主义学习模型,构建了工科课程建构主义学习效果评价系统和成绩评价量表,并根据这个系统和评价量表给出了课程学习效果评价实施模型和需要注意的关键环节.工科课程学习效果实施建构主义评价能够有效促进学生建构元知识、重构课程体系、培养学生独立批判思维和人文精神.

Learning effect evaluation of engineering courses is a conclusive judgement in the degree of learning. In order to protect the students’ learning enthusiasm and activity, the teaching team should be as objective, justified and rational as possible. The paper analyzes the basic characteristics of the traditional teaching of the engineering courses, and sets up the constructivist learning model according to the constructivism theory. Meanwhile, the constructivism learning evaluation system and evaluation scale of the engineering curriculum are constructed, the implementation model and the keys are given in course studying in according to this system and evaluation stable. The reconstruction of knowledge elements and curriculum system can promote the students' independent critical thinking and humanistic spirit.
