新时代特色小镇建设路径探讨

特色小镇是以产业为核心,项目为载体,生产、生活、生态互相融合的创新创业发展平台,其培育和建设事关国家经济和社会发展的战略部署。借助小城镇的发展,更好地带动实体经济发展,是顺应我国经济转型升级的新趋势。当前我国特色小镇的发展具有特定背景,也取得一定的成效,但存在某些认识误区,如盲目上马,重规划、轻策划,房地产化,全域旅游化和唯产业论等。因此,应该从坚守原则、厘清主体、引导转型、改善民生、平台化思维等方面推进新时代特色小镇建设。

A characteristic town takes industry as the core and project as the carrier. It is an innovative development platform for the production, living and ecological integration business. Its cultivation is a matter of national economic and social development strategy. With the development of small towns, the development of the real economy will be better promoted, which is congruent with the new trend of economic transformation and upgrading. At present, characteristic towns in China have special development background and have reached certain achievement, yet misunderstanding still exist, such as blind start,emphasis on programming, ignored engineering, over real estate, overall touristy and industrialism, etc.Therefore, the construction path of characteristic town in the new era can be put forward in five aspects:stick to principles, clarify the main body, guide the transition, improve people’s livelihood, platform thinking model.
