太门哲罗鱼成熟卵子氨基酸组成对受精率和发眼率的影响

摘要 采用液相色谱法测定了太门哲罗鱼Hucho taimen成熟卵子氨基酸组成,并用相关分析、通径分析和多元线性回归分析方法分析了氨基酸组成对受精率和发眼率的影响。结果表明:剔除对受精率决定性较小的影响因素,精氨酸(X1)、氨基酸总量(X2)和丝氨酸(X3)3个对受精率起决定性的因变量,与受精率的相关性依次为0.982、0.901和0.596,对受精率(Y)的决定程度由大到小依次为精氨酸>氨基酸总量>丝氨酸,拟合方程为Y=-2.892+0.960X1+0.062X2+0.367X3。剔除对发眼率决定性较小的影响因素,保留精氨酸和氨基酸总量2个对发眼率起决定性的因变量,与发眼率的相关性依次为0.954和0.902,精氨酸对发眼率的决定程度大于精氨基酸总量,拟合方程为Y=-2.917+0.742X1+0.096X2。 The amino acid composition of mature eggs was detected in taimen Hucho taimen by biological methods, and the effects of the amino acid composition on fertilization rate and hatching rate were studied by Correlation Analysis, Pathanalysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the correlation of three pairs of decisive dependent variables for fertility with fertilization rate was 0.982 in arginine, 0.901 in total amino acids and 0.596 in serine, excluding the minor variables, with the order as: the total amino acids > arginine > serine, and fitting equation Y=-2.892+0.960X1+0.062X2+0.367X3. The correlation of arginine, and total amino acids with eyed embryo rates was found to be 0.954 and 0.902, respectively, the greater impact of arginine than that of total amino acids on eyed embryo rates, with fitting equation Y=-2.917+ 0.742X1+0.096X2.
