摘要
利用腹腔注射链球菌Streptococcus sp.的方式制造链球菌胁迫模型,研究了链球菌胁迫对体质量(100±10)g吉富罗非鱼Oreochromis niloticus生化指标及免疫功能的影响。结果发现:罗非鱼感染链球菌后血清尿素氮、肌酐含量以及肝脏溶菌酶、谷丙转氨酶、黄嘌呤氧化酶活性均下降,与0h组差异显著,表明链球菌感染后罗非鱼体内的免疫水平降低,抗氧化水平降低,清除自由基的能力下降。
A model of Streptococcus stress was established by intraperitoneal injection of Streptococcus and the effects of Streptococcus stress on biochemical parameters and immune function were investigated in GIFT strain of Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus. The results showed that infection of Streptococcus in the tilapia led to significant decreases in values of urea nitrogen and creatinine in the serum, and activities of lysozyme, alanine aminotransferase, and xanthine oxidase in the liver compared with the fish in 0 h group, indicating that the levels of the immunity, and the capacity of antioxidation, and scavenging free radicals are decreased in the tilapia challenged with streptococcal infection.
