摘要
本研究针对内脏团珍珠囊包被不完全和珍珠形成慢、生长周期长的问题,采用组织块贴片培养包裹珠核后插入内脏团培养珍珠,取得了比较好的育珠效果,插核培育出来的珍珠光泽较好,且颗粒超过8mm以上,两批次成珠率达65.0%和76.3%。
Since the visceral mass pearl sac is incomplete and pearl formation is slow and poor growth, with long cycle problem, the pearls were cultured by package of pearl nucleus by tissue block patch after insertion of the visceral mass of freshwater pearl mussel Hyriopsis cumingii(Lea). The results showed that the inserted nuclear cultivated pearl luster was good, and the particles were more than 8 mm in diameter. It was found that the two batches had pearl rate of 65% and 76.3%.
