摘要
鲤疱疹病毒2型(Cyprinid herpesvirus 2,CyHV-2)是引起鲫和金鱼造血器官坏死病的病原,在世界多个国家传播、流行,给鲫、金鱼和异育银鲫养殖业造成巨大经济损失。本文简要综述了鲤疱疹病毒2型的病原学、流行病学、诊断以及防控等研究进展,以期为鲤疱疹病毒2型基础研究和疾病防控策略提供参考。
Cyprinid herpesvirus 2(CyHV-2) as a causative virus of haematopoietic necrosis disease of goldfish and Carassius auratus has great harm to the breeding of goldfish and Carassius auratus gibelio in China and spread rapidly in many countries,causing enormous economic losses of goldfish and crucian carp farming. This review summarizes recent advances on Cy HV-2 research including pathogeny, epidemiology, diagnosis, and prevention and control of CyHV-2.
