成都市农村精神分裂症患者解锁效果分析

Effect Analysis in Locked Patients with Schizophrenia in Country after Unlocking and Treatment

目的了解成都市农村关锁的精神分裂症患者解锁救治后社会功能的变化及家属负担的变化。方法使用自编调查问卷,对满足条件的成都市46例关锁精神分裂症患者进行入户调查,调查患者解锁救治前后社会功能变化情况,对患者家属(照料者)进行主观的照料负担进行调查,比较解锁前后照料者的负担变化。结果解锁救治前后患者社会功能比较明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),解锁救治前后对家属的影响有明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论解锁救治对农村精神分裂症患者的社会功能及对家属的主观压力和负担有明显改善,解锁救治行动具有现实的社会经济意义。

Objective To explore the change of social function and burden of the caregivers in patients with schizophrenia after unlocking and treatment. Methods Totally 46 patients with schizophrenia and their caregivers were investigated with the selfmade questionnaire. The change of their social function before and after unlocking and treatment were estimated. The change of caregivers subjective estimate of the psychological stress and economic burden. Results After unlocking and treatment,the social function of patients improved remarkably( P < 0. 01). The subjective estimate of the psychological stress and economic burden in their caregivers improved remarkably( P < 0. 01). Conclusion It suggests that unlocking and treatment could significantly improve patients social function and alleviated the burden of the caregivers. Therefore,the unlocking and treatment shows its social and economic significance.
