复合式小梁切除术对晚期青光眼的疗效

Effect of Compound Trabeculectomy for Late-stage Glaucoma

目的探讨复合式小梁切除术对晚期青光眼的疗效。方法对48例(66眼)晚期青光眼行复合式小梁切除术,术中应用表面麻醉及巩膜瓣可拆缝线技术。结果术后平均随访25.8月(6~58月),术后6月眼压﹤21mm Hg者57眼(86.36%),眼压<15mm Hg者47眼(71.21%),无严重术中术后并发症发生。结论复合式小梁切除术能有效地治疗晚期青光眼,较好地保存残存的视功能。

Objective To discuss the effect of advanced trabeculectomy in the late-stage glaucoma. Methods Trabeculectomy was performed in 48 patients( 66 eyes) with late-stage glaucoma. Topical anesthetic and removal suture techniques were applied in the surgery. Results After the mean 25. 8 months( 6 ~ 58 months) follow-up period,the IOP was below to 21 mm Hg in57 eyes( 86. 36%),below to 15 mm Hg in 47 eyes( 71. 21%) after 6months postoperative,there weren’t severe complications happened in the surgery or postoperative. Conclusion It’s efficiency to perform the surgery to maintain the visual function to the patient with late-stage glaucoma.
