摘要
本试验旨在探讨嗜硫小红卵菌净化海水养殖废水的效果。试验采用嗜硫小红卵菌处理分别添加了硫化钠、葡萄糖、氯化铵和亚硝酸钠的模拟海水养殖废水,处理10天后取样,检测海水中的S2-、COD、NH3-N和NO2-N的浓度。实验发现高浓度(107 cfu/m L)光照条件下的嗜硫小红卵菌对模拟水体中S2-的去除率可达到94.9%,对照组的去除率为68.6%,高浓度(107cfu/m L)黑暗条件下的嗜硫小红卵菌对COD的去除率可达到39.7%,对照组的去除率为13.1%。但对于NH3-N和NO2-N的浓度,实验组和对照组几乎没什么差别。因此,应根据嗜硫小红卵菌本身的特性有选择的净化废水。
This experiment was to explore Rhodovulum sulfidophilum purification effect of mariculture wastewater. Used Rhodovulum sulfidophilum processing respectively added sodium sulphide,glucose,ammonium chloride and sodium nitrite,mariculture waste water. After 10 days,tested the concentration of S2-,COD,NH3-N and NO2-N in the seawater. It was found that under the condition of high concentration(107cfu/m L) and light the removal rate of S2-in simulated water can reach 94.9%,the removal rate of the control group was68.6%,under the condition of high concentration(107cfu/m L) and dark Rhodovulum sulfidophilum on the removal rate of COD can be up to 39.7%,removal rate of 13.1% in the control group. But for the ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen concentration,the experimental group and control group have little difference.. Therefore,we should according to the characteristics of Rhodovulum sulfidophilum itself has the choice of purifying waste water.
