Experiences of Professor GAO Yueping on Treating Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

从高月平教授对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的病机认识、临床特点、治法方药等方面,探析了高教授对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症诊治的独特经验。高老师根据多年的临床观察,认为"湿、热"已不是该病的主要病因,而将"虚、寒、瘀"概括为本病的重要病理因素,总属本虚标实病。治疗上标本兼顾,攻补兼施,以补虚温阳,化瘀止痛,攻补兼施为总治疗原则。强调了温阳化瘀药的运用,导师自拟温阳化瘀汤治疗本病,临床疗效显著。

This paper has explored unique experiences of Professor GAO in sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease from her understanding of pathogenesis,clinical characteristics,treatment and prescribing. Based on years of clinical observation,Professor GAO thinks that 'wet and hot' is not the main cause of the disease. She has summed up that the 'weak,cold,blood stasis' is the important pathologic factors of the disease. Treating both manifestations and root causes of the disease,reinforcement and elimination in combination. The treatment concentrated on tonifying deficiency and warming yang,removing blood stasis and relieving pain. She emphasizes to use the warming Yang and removing blood stasis drugs. The clinical curative effect of Selfmade Wenyang Huayu Decoction of her creation is remarkable.
