探析《针灸大成》中太冲穴的穴性及临床应用

Analysis on Acupoint Property and Clinical Application of Taichong Point in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

通过整理《针灸大成》中太冲穴的相关文献,笔者发现明以前的医家多应用该穴治疗足疾、腰痛、肩背痛、痹证等肢体经络和其他心系、肾系、五官科等病证,并通过分析太冲穴的穴性及所在经脉的循行规律,对其临床应用进行研究与探讨,以期能为临床提供更丰富的理论依据。

Through finishing the information about Taichong in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,the author found that doctor before the Ming Dynasty almost chose this acupuncture point to treat the foot disease five sense organs disease,shoulder pain,back pain,arthralgia syndrome,heart system,kidney system and so on. In order to provide a rich theoretical basis and guide in clinic,this paper analyzed the characteristics and the law of circulation of Taichong to study and investigate the clinical application of this acupuncture point.
