"聚于胃,关于肺"是对胃食管反流性咳嗽病因病机的高度概括,笔者认为本病病位在喉,与肺、胃、肝三脏密切相关,病理因素以湿、热、酸、胆汁等为主,脾胃失和、升降失常、毒邪犯喉为主要病机,肺胃相关理论为胃食管反流性咳嗽的辨证治疗有重要的指导意义。

The author believes that the disease is located in the larynx,closely related to the three Zang organs of lung,stomach,liver. Its main pathological factors is wet,heat,acid,bile and so on and main pathogenesis is stomach disharmony,abnormal movements,toxin guilty throat. This theory of 'Lung and stomach-related' has important guiding significance on dialectical therapy of gastroesophageal reflux cough.
