活血化瘀法属于中医下法和消法的范畴,专为瘀血蓄积而设,临床常用于治疗以荣血离经,坯以留止,络脉瘀滞,血行不畅为病理特点的一切疾病。在中医内科临床中已有悠久的历史,早在《黄帝内经》中已有瘀血病因病机的记载。张仲景的《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》都详述了瘀血的病症和治疗方药,奠定了血瘀的辨证论治基础,又经清代王清任、唐容川的不断补充。近年来,我们根据"久病必有瘀,怪病必有瘀",对疑难病、慢性病的研究发现,表现为寒热错杂、虚实并见、邪正混乱,而其病机均与瘀血有关,特别是现代医学用于治疗冠心病、脑血管栓塞、紫癜、宫外孕、不孕证等取得了突破性进展。

In recent years,we according to 'long illness there will be blood stasis,strange disease,blood stasis',the study of knotty,chronic disease found that a word,characterized by fever,and saw,evil was chaos,and its pathogenesis was related to blood stasis,especially modern medicine for the treatment of coronary heart disease,cerebral embolism,purpura,ectopic pregnancy,infertility and so on had made breakthrough progress.
