摘要
目的:通过苯酚糊剂灼烧大鼠输卵管,建立炎症阻塞致不孕的动物模型。方法:用苯酚糊剂制作血瘀型输卵管阻塞性不孕症模型,观察输卵管病理炎性改变。结果:造模术45天后,模型组大鼠输卵管通畅率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。模型组肉眼观察输卵管有不同程度积水积脓、僵硬,输卵管与周围组织均有不同程度的粘连;病理学观察输卵管管腔被异物肉芽组织阻塞,肌层见大量慢性炎细胞浸润。结论:输卵管内注入苯酚糊剂可以成功建立大鼠输卵管阻塞性不孕症模型。
Objective: To establish infertile animal model through inflammation by directing infection rats oviduct with phenol. Methods: Directing inoculation concentration of phenol into rats tube,making the model of chronic inflammation in the fallopian tube,observing the pathological inflammatory changes. Results: Forty-five days later,rats tubal pateney rate in model group was significantly lower than the controlled group( P < 0. 05). In the model group,the tubes had different degrees of dropsy,empyema and rigid tube had different levels of adhesion with surrounding tissue by visual observation. The fallopian tube lumen was obstructed by foreign granulation tissue and the muscular layer was lot of large number of chronic inflammatory cell infiltrations by pathological observation. Conclusion: Phenol paste is poured into oviduct can successfully establish a rat model of salpingitis infertility.
